Open Positions

Fence Installer Foreman

  • Lead all aspects of fence installations, from preparation to completion

  • Direct and motivate crew members, ensuring efficiency and teamwork

  • Communicate directly with customers to manage expectations and maintain exceptional service

  • Maintain a positive company image and uphold our commitment to customer satisfaction

  • Prepare job sites, including measuring, marking fence lines, and digging post holes (manually or with powered tools)

  • Load and unload tools, materials, and equipment, and operate various hand and power tools, including skid steers and forklifts

  • Drive company vehicles safely and adhere to all safety protocols on-site

  • Work outdoors in various weather conditions, adapting as necessary to ensure timely project completion

Fence Installer

  • Perform all aspects of fence installation, including site preparation, layout, digging post holes (manually or with powered tools), and securing fence materials

  • Work independently or as part of a team to complete installations accurately and efficiently

  • Load, unload, and organize materials, tools, and equipment on-site

  • Operate various hand and power tools, including saws, drills, and post drivers

  • Maintain a clean, organized job site and ensure all safety guidelines are followed

  • Drive company vehicles safely to transport materials and tools as needed

  • Adapt to working in various weather conditions to complete projects on time
